Most visitors flying in for SOCAP will utilize SFO, which is located 16 miles from the Fort Mason Center.
By Taxi. The trip takes about 35 minutes without traffic. During rush-hour, a 75 minute trip is not uncommon. One-way fares from SFO typically cost $40 plus tip.
By Rapid Transit + Rideshare. Please consider using BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit). It's easy to catch a train from the airport to Embarcadero Station and then use a taxi, Uber or Lyft to get to your hotel of the Fort Mason Center. One-way fares from SFO typically cost $25 ($9 BART+$16 rideshare).
